July is here! Long hot summer days mean we see lots of veggies coming into season!


Quick refresher about why you should be eating with the seasons:

In season produce is fresher, tastes better, and tends to contain more nutrients. On top of that, it's gentle on the environment, supports the local economy and usually is the cheaper option! With so many positive reasons it’s really a no-brainer.
