Seasonal Eating: Fall Guide


Happy Fall! The weather is cooling off and that crisp fall smell is in the air. You may start to notice your cravings start to change along with the temperatures. I’m gravitating towards warming foods like roast sweet potatoes and soups. As we get into harvest time there are some great foods coming into season to match what your body is wanting...almost like nature intended it that way!
